Additive Manufacturing Capabilities: SLA, SLS, MJF & DMLS
Havell runs SLA (stereolithography) and SLS (selective laser sintering) in-house, the two processes that cover the widest range of precision prototyping and production needs. For metal and high-volume work, we extend into MJF and DMLS through a vetted US-based process network, so you get the right process for the part without managing multiple vendors.
SLA
Stereolithography
Smooth surface finishes, fine features, tight tolerances. Ideal for cosmetic prototypes, master patterns, fluidics, and high-detail end-use parts. Engineering and biocompatible-grade resins available.
SLS
Selective Laser Sintering
Durable nylon parts, no support structures, great for functional prototypes and end-use production. Strong, isotropic, production-ready.
MJF
Multi Jet Fusion
Fine-feature nylon at production volumes with consistent mechanical properties. Available through our US-based process network.
DMLS
Direct Metal Laser Sintering
Metal parts for demanding aerospace, defense, and energy applications. Available via our qualified partner network (quoting on request).
